Full-scope remodeling — from one room to the whole property.

Scout takes on whole-home remodels, additions, ADUs, and new home construction — managed start to finish under one point of contact, with trades coordinated and scheduled instead of left for you to chase down. Finish work, including cabinetry, comes out of our own shop.

How It Works

Four stages, all managed under one point of contact — you’re not left coordinating trades yourself.

Scope & design

A walkthrough to define real scope — remodel, addition, ADU, or new build — with a plan and budget in place before anything starts.

Permitting & planning

Drawings, permits, and scheduling handled up front, so the project doesn’t stall mid-build waiting on paperwork.

Construction

Trades coordinated and sequenced under one point of contact, with Ty on the job managing quality and progress.

Finish & walkthrough

Final finishes — including any custom cabinetry, built in our own shop — installed and checked before final walkthrough.

What We Take On

Different scope, same process — a defined plan, a real schedule, and one point of contact throughout.

Common Questions

Do you handle permits and drawings?

Yes — permitting and drawings are part of the process, not something left for you to coordinate on your own.

Can you build an ADU on my property?

Yes — accessory dwelling units are part of what we take on, from initial planning through final inspection.

Do you only do remodels, or ground-up construction too?

Both. New home construction is part of our scope alongside whole-home remodels and additions.

How involved will you be day-to-day?

Ty is personally involved in the scope, budget, and oversight of every project — you’re working with the person accountable for it, not a rotating project manager.

What areas do you serve?

San Antonio, New Braunfels, Schertz, Selma, Universal City, Converse, Cibolo, Hollywood Park, Pleasanton, and Floresville.
